I have been to many dental offices , and I finally found one that I am satisfied with, the staff, Doctors are very professional . Doctor Jim Lam was very gentle and took care of my problems that other dentist couldn't fix. I am very satisfied and recommend 100% . The Dentist is a very easy going and tends to your needs. He is very good at his job I've been with him for 3yrs and keeping him as my Dentist for as long as I can

I love the place. The people there are really respectful and nice. They make sure you feel calm and understand why your there in the first place. They were really quick to the point and I was in and out in about an hour. Also one dental assistant named David. He was really nice and respectful. He made good jokes but when it was time to work, he become very professional. Love the place and would come back again!!!!

I was in town visiting some friends in El Paso and I chipped a tooth! I called several dentists in the area to see if they could help me out, most told me they didn’t have appointments until several days later, but Doniphan Dental got me in the very next morning. Staff was amazing and so thankful for their help. And I can’t say enough about Dr. Jim!!!! Fixed my tooth and now I can finish the rest of my trip not having to worry about it.
They have been taking care of me for years. I recommend everyone to come here for any dental work.

My son has had awful experiences with dentists and Dr. Lam changed all that. He is so patient & kind, it’s been a process but he’s explained it every step of the way. We are grateful to have found such a great dentist & staff.

Excellent experience considering its a tooth extraction. DR Lam was very professional, informative and gentle as much as he possibly could be. Prior to this appointment teeth cleaning tech also did an excellent job. At 6-2 230lbs alot doesnt bother me EXCEPT dental work. DONIPHAN DENTAL and staff were top notch. Ill be back !!?
5 STAR !!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straightforward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Also they responded quickly when emailed and always picked up my calls for first time i called. The main reason for the 5 stars besides the unbelievable customer service and the work performed is , how clean and sterile the office is and how much they take (covid) everyone's health serious. Wish i could give 6 stars lol
I love this office! Dentist is super friendly and explains everything thoroughly. My boys love it here after having a bad experience at another office where parents aren't allowed in the exam room. Totally recommend this office!
2nd time back to schedule work done this time and I’m so great full that all my questions were answered without the rush or run around… very clean rooms and friendly nice people getting there work on… love this place for teethwork
From beginning to end, outside to inside, and waiting area to back rooms it was clean with friendly staff. The doctor was awesome and friendly but still kept it real and honest when it was time to be serious. Overall great experience when my insurance is back up I definitely will not be going anywhere else.
The doctor is extremely patient with our father who has dementia. He is professional and treats all his clients with excellent bed side manners. Wonderful!
